Your job list includes:

1. Refilling the stock - since your customers will be litterally wiping the products off the shelves. You’ve got to make sure all the shelves are full, and no customer leaves unsatisfied.

2. Cleaning the floor from spills. This should be done asap since a by-passing customer falls down by stepping on it.

3. Upgrading your supermarket with better fridges, stock places, improved shelves, tools for upselling etc.

Graphics are nice, and the music is inspiring. But after you play the game for several level in a row, the same musical theme gets too repetitive. But you can switch the music off, that’s it.

Similarly to other time-management games, in Supermarket Mania, you will have to deal with different customer types - like old ladies(patient and slow), youngsters(picky, impatient) etc.

The most terrible customer type are teenage girls who create spills. The only way to stop them is to click on a policeman so he will whistle. Maybe I did it wrong, but it just didn’t produce the expected effect upon these little trouble-makers.

A nice addition to the game is Super Shop mode that lasts only 10 seconds. But once you click on it(a “thumbs-up symbol) on the bottom right, you will marvel at what you’re going to see: all the customers will be grabbing every product on their way at the speed of a hurricane. So, press this magic button once you make sure you’ve refilled the stock.

So, Supermarket Mania is a game with relatively fresh plot(fresh, but not 100% original) that fans of time-management games will like. While offering a player an interesting story and engaging gamplay, it has several flaws like: repetitive gameplay(if I were game developer, I would blend time-management core gameplay with some puzzle levels).

Still, due to its freshness, dynamic gameplay, eye-pleasing visuals - SuperMarket Mania will enjoy its moment of Victory that has already arrived.
