After trying ourselves as waiters in many time-management games, why not switching to some more creative kind of job that requires good taste and sense of beauty. Home Sweet Home 2: Kitchens and Baths is here to help us. The second version of the design simulation offers you to try your hand at creating designs of kitchens and baths for your customers.
Next, you’ll have to fulfill them. Note that each customer has a very extraordinary personality, and never explains plainly what they want. Some of them will even be writing verses or riddles to express their expectations. So, if you cannot decipher what they want from you, better click on Dee Ziner’s icon at the bottom left and then click a question mark. Dee will uncover the list of requirements.
Choose the furniture and accessories basing on your customer’s words. Note that you’ll be able to choose a color for the specific furniture items. Buy the furniture and put it to the specific places in a room. When you have completely satisfied your customer, you’ll unlock building phase.
These are totally new levels of the game. That’s where tycoon game mechanics changes for time-management. Note, that you’ll have to fulfill the project according to the design you have created in a limited time. For that sake you’ll have to complete several tasks:
1. Keep your employees busy. Set tasks for them in a timely manner. Don’t let anyone of them have rest.
2. Keep your workers motivated by handing out coffee to them.
3. Pass the required tools for your workers when they need them.
4. Clear the dustbins of your employees.
5. If one worker cannot cope with a complicated task (like, painting a wall), just call one more worker to help him(her).
So, follow your customers’ requirements and watch that everything be completed in allowed time. This is how you’re going to progress from one apartment to another.
