Escape the Museum has a look and feel of apocalyptic-themed movies like Armageddon or Independence Day because of its thrilling scenes as well as realistic voice-over and sound-track. At times, you’ll be a witness of earthquake trapped inside the museum and seeing the museum turning into a ruin. When everything’s shaking and you can hear the walls and glass break, the feeling is the same as what you normally experience when watching some Armageddon-like movie.

So, while everything is being ruined, your task is to find the way out of numerous rooms by collecting and correctly using different objects. Here’s another crazy thing - on your way to your daughter, you’ll have to collect some items of great historical value upon request of your boss. That will be the task for hidden-object levels.

More than that, to help you let off your steam after the stressful quest, you’ll be offered to solve a mini-puzzle game like a jigsaw puzzle.

But first here’s what you need to know about Escape levels:

1. The number of items that you shall use for escaping the room is displayed at the top of screen. Once you find and use the items correctly, they will disappear one by one from this list. Needless to say, when you’ve taken the final step, there will be no items for you to find.

2. Some parts of the screen can be zoomed in(like dark parts of the interrior, boxes, chests etc). The area can be zoomed in if your cursor gets the + symbol when put over it.

To help you get started with the point-and-click levels, I tried to register some of the escaping strategies for a couple of rooms.

Broken Staircase

1. Find a charger.

2. Connect it to a live wire. It can be found on the part of the screen that you can zoom in.

3.Find a drill(lying on the floor).

4. Drill the lamp standing on the perils. Put a lamp so it’ll connect the staircases. Way to go!
