1)    click an ice-cream machine to have an ice-cream ready before someone orders it.
2)    have grandma prep two salads of each kind.
3)    have a glass of juice ready before your customer orders it. If somebody orders juice, pick a fresh orange slice on your way to the juice machine, grab a glass of juice and put orange into the machine to prepare a glass.
4)     make sure you have everything ready before it is ordered. If you have upgraded your kitchen with the thermo-saving machine to keep your food warm, prep the most popular grill or fried dish and put it on the warmer.

 

Recommendations on how to treat your customers to score better:
1)    For a guaranteed better score, remember to match the colors of the customers with the colors of the seats. Try to keep the color matching principle – and your reward for each new “matching” customer will exceed the previous one by 100 points.
2)    Try to seat every customer before they run out of patience. The more satisfied your customer leaves, the better score you’ll receive.
3)    Upgrade your café with the musical machine. This is the only effective means to please the customers waiting in line and running out of patience.
4)    If you seat someone who nearly ran out of patience, be sure to serve him a cup of coffee (once you have a coffee machine). That will add a couple more hearts to their patience bar.
5)    To make your customer eat faster, spice their food with so-called speed-up ketchup(once this option is available).  
6)    Serve happy customers cakes(desserts). However, remember that desserts are optional. If you see a huge line of customers getting crazy and there’s no way to entertain them, you can just click the happy customer instead of serving the dessert. Thus, he’ll pay the bill and will leave.
7)    Only grab the ingredients and prepared food you need. If you took something by mistake – throw it to the recycled box. However, you will be fined for the food loss by 30 points.

 

What to do when your hands are full and your customers are about to burst with rage?

1)    Who you gonna call? Call Cookie!
Just press the read telephone sign at the top right end of the screen – and Cookie will do the cooking instead of Flo. But don’t forget that you’ll have to serve the food. This wonderful option is available for a very short time. And it takes a lot of time for it to be recharged, which means, you cannot call Cookie every now and then.
2)    Avoid losing every customer at all costs. If you’ve lost two customers – do not hope for mercy – restart the level.
3)    Play music machine regularly.
4)    Chain your actions.
